It's all about the meat here and we had the Waygu Gyukatsu. The meat was well prepared with a good crisp to it. The rice and miso went well to balance the fatty was of the meat. The cabbage was fresh and crispy.

We weren't sure about ordering the most expensive item so we opted for the standard beef sirloin katsu to share. The beef is served rare, lightly breaded in fried.
